Client Responsibilities
- Active Participation: Clients are expected to engage fully in the coaching process by attending sessions on time, being prepared, and completing agreed-upon tasks.
- Commitment to Growth: Progress depends on your willingness to take action and implement insights gained during coaching sessions.
- Communication: Clients must communicate openly and honestly with their coach to ensure the most effective outcomes.
Confidentiality

Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Payment: Coaching fees must be paid as outlined in your individual agreement. A 50% deposit is required for multi-session packages.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling a session.
- The first missed session is forgiven; subsequent missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.
- Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable except in cases where IDIQ Global is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Independent Coaching Services
- IDIQ Global provides access to independent coaching professionals. While we carefully select our coaches, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- Opinions and advice shared during coaching sessions reflect the coach's personal expertise and perspective, not necessarily those of IDIQ Global.
