Terms of Engagement
These terms reflect the standards, structure, and mutual understanding that support each engagement.
Scope of Engagement
IDIQ Global provides professional coaching within the context of personal and professional development.
Each engagement is a structured partnership intended to support clarity, perspective, and meaningful movement.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, legal, or medical services and is not intended to be used as such.
Client Commitment
Engagement is most effective when approached with presence, openness, and consistency.
Clients are expected to participate fully in each session, arrive prepared, and engage with any agreed areas of focus between sessions.
Progress reflects individual willingness to engage with insight, apply perspective, and communicate openly throughout the process.
Confidentiality and Discretion
All information shared within the context of the engagement is held in confidence and treated with discretion.
Disclosure will only occur where required by law or with prior written consent.
IDIQ Global maintains practices designed to protect personal information. Further detail is outlined within the Privacy Policy.
Financial Arrangements
Financial arrangements are established in advance of the engagement and reflect the agreed structure and scope.
A deposit may be required to confirm multi-session engagements. Remaining balances are fulfilled in accordance with the agreed terms.
Due to the reserved and limited nature of each engagement, fees are not subject to refund once confirmed, except where otherwise required or agreed.
Scheduling & Adjustments
Scheduling is coordinated in advance to support continuity and rhythm throughout the engagement.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any adjustment or cancellation.
The first missed session may be accommodated. Subsequent missed sessions without appropriate notice are forfeited.
Independent Engagement
IDIQ Global may facilitate access to independent coaching professionals.
Each practitioner operates from their own experience and perspective. While care is taken in selection, specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Nature of Outcomes
Outcomes are shaped by individual engagement, context, and application.
IDIQ Global does not guarantee specific results. The value of the engagement is realized through the client’s participation and integration.
Use of Services
Engagements are intended for individuals seeking clarity, perspective, and meaningful development aligned with the work of IDIQ Global.
All services remain subject to applicable terms of use and privacy practices.
Responsibility
Clients retain full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the engagement.
IDIQ Global does not assume liability for decisions made or actions taken.
Feedback
Feedback may be shared to support the continued refinement of the work.
Where testimonials are provided, permission is granted for their use unless otherwise specified in writing.
Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect the evolving nature of the work.
